You may think that using a laser for small projects or as an individual is just not possible. Perhaps you imagine that the costs would be too high to consider or that a company that has invested in such an expensive piece of equipment would not be interested in small jobs. As a Maker I would have given anything to use a laser for my projects, but it is intimidating to go to some firms offering this service with just an idea sketched on a piece of paper or even just an idea in your head. I started the Fusion Workshop for just those reasons. I try and make the experience fun and exciting and to help you get the job done with the minimum of fuss. And it's not as expensive as you might think. With prices as low as 16p per minute of laser time, engraving an image 100mm x 50mm could cost as little as 80p! With a beam width of just 0.1mm and an axis resolution of 0.02mm the quality and accuracy are simply not achievable with any other accessible cutting method. Take a look at the projects gallery to see some of the things that can be done.
